By accessing this website, creating an account if applicable, or completing a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order.

If checkout creates an account or you join our launch list, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at eshacksupport@extravagantbuyz.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We make every effort to describe products accurately, including images, dimensions, and included accessories. Because compact tools and electronics vary by batch, actual appearance may vary slightly from photos. Product availability and packaging are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in listings and to refuse orders placed due to pricing or descriptive errors.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you complete checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including product price, tax, and shipping if applicable.
• You agree to pay all charges and not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment use.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered for unused items in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

• To start a return, email eshacksupport@extravagantbuyz.com with your order number and reason. We will issue a Return Authorization and instructions.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe after we receive and inspect the item, typically within 3 to 5 business days.
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, contact us with photos so we can review the issue and explain the available resolution.
• Items that show use, are missing components, or are returned without authorization may be denied.

Shipping estimates are product-specific. A product page or checkout may show an estimate based on supplier, warehouse, carrier, and destination details. Estimates can change and are not guarantees. The storefront does not promise a fixed dispatch or transit time or a tracking email. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided and confirmed by the carrier.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Es Extravagantz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain liability limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

Original site content, including our layout, copy, original design elements, and branding for Eshack™ and Es Extravagantz, is our property or licensed to us and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Product names, supplier materials, third-party logos, product photography, and external brand assets remain the property of their respective owners unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in Texas.

We want to resolve issues quickly. Before filing a formal claim, contact esextravagantz@extravagantbuyz.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
